Kronplatz (San Vigilio) is a hidden gem of a resort and consequently is quiet and peaceful with smaller than usual crowds on the slopes.

Kronplatz is a world-class ski area surrounded by several villages. San Vigilio is one of the main villages; it is family friendly with a few shops and some excellent restaurants to enjoy. The pistes are extremely well maintained and are great for beginners, with dedicated nursery slopes and plenty of gentle runs, through to intermediate skiers and snowboarders.
